Stationary Balloon Column stands 8 feet tall and comes with a 36 inch latex topper. You can choose up to 4 colors for the 11 inch balloons and choose your color for the topper. This price also includes the rental of the stand and base and that will need to be returned within 3 days. This is a same day delivery item however since this does require a staff member to come out and set up the column we recomened ordering at least 1 day in advanced.

balloon topper or you can use a 22 inch bubble balloon for the topper.  Measuring 5 feet tall these balloon
