Each delivery is subjected to a $8.99 delivery fee.  This includes same day delivery

Usually we have no problems delivering reasonable request and understand that all deliveries should be made
within a reasonable amount of time.  If we do have any problems we will contact you immediately if there are
issues with getting your order delivered in time.

Deliveries to businesses are usually treated first for deliveries since most people began to leave for home
starting around 3PM.  If we have a delivery going to a home it is usually delivered later in the day unless it is
requested for early delivery.

To insure all deliveries can be completed we do require a phone number to contact the recipient.  This gives
us a way to notify the recipient that a delivery has been attempted or a delivery has been placed at the door of
the residence.  

Deliveries that are left at the door are handled in two ways.  A message is left with the recipient using the
phone number provided by the sender and a tag is placed on the door informing the recipient that a delivery
has been made or attempted at the residence.  If for any reason a delivery does go missing we will reattempt a
delivery of a new arrangement.  Deliveries left at the door if only the weather is satisfactory. If for any reason
an arrangement is left at the door and damage occurs from the weather we will replace the arrangement.

Please remember that our goal with every single arrangement is make sure that the customer and the recipient
are happy with the arrangement.  If for any reasons there is something wrong we just need to know so that we
can resolve the problem immediately.  There is no limit of time and if we are doing everything we are suppose
to do there should be no problems with any orders.
