Its really simple.  Our goal here is to make sure that our customer and the recipient is happy with
the arrangement that is ordered.  If there is any issues or problems a simple phone call to our
store is all it takes.  No hassle and no time restrictions.  If we are doing our job correctly your
flower arrangement will look just like what was ordered and the flowers should last.  We work
hard to insure we always have fresh product in our location and that the flowers are processed
correctly, rotated, and delivered.

Some things are out of our control however it is very rare that problems occur with our products.  
We use the same growers for most of our products and that is one of the reasons why we need
to know if there is a problem with an arrangement.  Besides how will we know if our customers
receive something unsatisfactory.  We are always improving upon our services and keeping an
open line of communication with our customers is important tool to continue to analyse our
procedures.
