About Everyday Flowers
Let us take a few moments to explain who we are and what we do.  Like anyone else
owning a small business we came into this industry with one thing in mind to spend
more time with our children.  Of course it is nice to bring home a paycheck every once in
awhile but like with most small business you just have to do the best you can.

Everyday Flowers was originally located  at 14474 Culver Dr Irvine CA 92604 before it
moved to our current location at 15012 Red Hill Ave #F Tustin CA 92780 inside of the
Tustin Business Park.  After moving the location the original owners decided to put the
business up for sell and Eric and Linh Shaw purchased the business in January of 2003.

Since January 2003 we have continued to offer a quality service complete with fresh
product, well designed flower arrangements and sincere customer service.  Our name
goes on every arrangement and product that leaves our store and we do everything
possible to make sure its only the best.

We offer all of the products that you see on our website for delivery or pickup from our
store in the city of Tustin California.  We deliver our products to all cities located in Orange
County California hand delivered by our own drivers.  

We know how difficult it is to find a business that you can trust that will provide a great
service and we want our customers to know that we are that business.  We are honest
about what we can do and we will try our hardest to provide our customers with their
special request.

When you purchase a flower arrangement from us your not just paying for the flowers that
sit in the vase.   Each arrangement comes with years of experience of proper flower care,
design of the arrangement and the mechanics involved in providing a beautiful
arrangement that will last.  

Our balloons that we offer are only the best quality available.  As we continue to learn and
grow our balloon business we know that using quality products not only give our
customers exciting balloons to look at but safe products that are only created with our
customers safety in mind.

We are located in the city of Tustin California on the corner of Edinger and Red Hill Ave
across the street from the Fresca's Mexican Grill in the Tustin Business Park.

Monday - Friday 8AM To 5:00PM
SATURDAY 8AM To 2PM
SUNDAY CLOSED

Same Day Delivery Service Hours.
Monday Thru Friday  Cut Off Time 3PM PST
Saturday Cut Off Time 1PM PST

Deliveries Began at 9AM and are completed by 4PM.
Saturday Deliveries Began at 8:30AM and are completed by 3PM.

Our shop is open from 8:00 a.m. To 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, and from 8:00AM
To 2:00 PM Saturday.

We are closed on Sundays: However Sunday deliveries can be arranged in advanced by
contacting our store.  A delivery charge of $30.00 will be applied to the order.

Delivery Times
Generally delivery times take place in two time windows.
9AM to 1PM and 1PM to 4PM.  
To keep our cost down we ask that customers request their delivery to take place before
1PM or After 1PM.  A 3 to 4 Hour window is necessary to schedule deliveries.


Holiday Hours
To help assure on-time delivery for holidays, please place your order at least one day
before the following major holidays:  Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year's Day,
Valentine's Day, Easter, Administrative Professionals Week, Mother's Day, Memorial Day,
Father's Day, Independence Day, and Labor Day.  Our shop will always be closed on the
following holidays: Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year’s Day, Easter, Memorial
Day, Father’s Day, Independence Day and Labor Day

Our Commitment To Our Customers
In this type of industry the most powerful advertising tool is word of mouth.  It is so
important to us to make sure that every single customer has the best experience ordering
with us.  If there is any problems with your order we ask that you give us a call and a
chance to correct any mistake.

About Our Flowers
Proper handling of flowers is one of the keys to bringing our customers a long lasting
product.  We have multiple shipments during each week of roses.  We also have
shipments of our products coming from Miami as well as Los Angeles.  We always do
our best to purchase many of the seasonal flowers available to keep our cost minimal to
our customers.  Remember that our flower prices reflect prices that our set by our
growers.  We want every customer to receive different products all year long and that is
why we keep an up to date website to
reflect the available products that are in season.

International Ordering.

If you are in need of help when trying to order on our website and you are located outside
of the United States.  Please feel free to use our contact form to get information
concerning ordering and delivering of your order.  We know of the difficulties of sending
flowers so far away and we want our international customers to understand that we will
take very good care of your order and we will not send your order to another florist.  If for
any reason we have any problems with your order we will send you an email to notify you
of problems or concerns regarding your order.
